The territorial and reserve commands in WARNO: the West and East German district commands, the Dutch CLKA, Belgian DivMob, the French defence zones, the Danish Østre Landkommando, plus the Soviet DON-100 and the British H.D.R. London. These battlegroups trade elite units for cheap infantry, security troops and static firepower, and the strongest of them can still lock down a sector when used with discipline.
